Refund / Cancellation Policy
At The Ink Removal Lab, appointment times are reserved especially for you. We understand that circumstances can change, so we ask that you please provide adequate notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.
Desposits

All appointments require a non-refundable deposit to secure your booking.

Deposits are applied toward the cost of your consultation or tattoo removal session.
Cancellations

Cancellations made more than 48 hours before your appointment:
Your deposit may be transferred to a future booking. -
Cancellations made within 48 hours of your appointment:
Your deposit will be forfeited. -
Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment:
You will be charged the full amount of your consultation or tattoo removal session.
No - Shows
Failure to attend your appointment without notice will result in a charge for the full appointment cost.
Refunds

We do not offer refunds for completed services, late cancellations, or no-shows.

Deposits are non-refundable however are transferrable under certain circumstances.
